Alison Healy - Executive Director

Alison is a seasoned veteran of nonprofit management having founded her own organization and consulted for many more. She has a distinctive educational background from Stanford and Presidio graduate schools in sustainability and environmental management. Alison is excited to be part of the countywide effort to promote solar and energy efficiency in Sonoma County. With a broad range of entrepreneurial work experience, her knowledge in the nonprofit sector has helped SSC to further define its brand and to develop an infrastructure that will foster its growth. Alison is step mom to “Tiger,” her rockin’ 8-year-old who has an insatiable appetite for learning and doing. When she’s not at SSC, Alison spends her time helping Tiger with chess tournament rules, art projects, new Mandarin words, sailing, and acting classes!

Jason Dunham - Project Manager

Jason joined Solar Sonoma County in September of 2012 after volunteering as a social media intern. After graduating with a B.A. in Communication Studies from Sonoma State University, he wanted to move back to Sonoma County and join the emerging clean energy economy. Jason is currently working on Department of Energy grants to lower the cost of solar and also performs public outreach as coordinator of the Clean Energy Advocate Program. He currently hosts monthly workshops as well as assisting property owners with renewable energy projects. Additionally he coordinates professional workshop trainings for contractors, building and fire officials, and other solar industry professionals. Jason enjoys hiking, playing golf, and driving his parent’s Nissan Leaf. He also enjoys attending North Bay Electric Auto Associate meetings.

Erin Lannon - Project Manager

Erin joined the Solar Sonoma County team in January of 2012, having been a volunteer with them since October of 2011. After graduating with a B.A. in Economics and Geography from the University of Montana in Missoula, she moved to a small town in far-northern California and worked as bookkeeper for an energy-efficient refrigerator manufacturer. She then secured a job as Office Manager at a wind power company in Oakland, where she remained until the middle of 2011. In her spare time, Erin designs and creates children’s clothing using organic and other eco-friendly materials, and loves exploring the northern California forests, rivers, and beaches with her two pre-school aged children.  Erin is happy to be in the non-profit world, and looks forward to learning and doing many valuable things with Solar Sonoma County!

Sandy Lipitz - Controller

Sandy Lipitz has a career in Finance and Accounting that spans over 31 years. She graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University and an M.B.A. from College of Notre Dame graduating from both Summa Cum Laude. Sandy spent her first 10 years working for various private sector corporations, including major Fortune 500 corporations gaining valuable experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.  Sandy then joined local government and worked for the City of Rohnert Park where she held the position as Director of Administrative Services and City Treasurer. Sandy recently retired from the City after 21 years of service and has joined Solar Sonoma County, where she can contribute her wealth of knowledge and experience to assist SSC's charter in leading our community to install new solar capacity and improve energy efficiency.
